HAMMER MILL

Multimills are small circle grinders, equipped with two pole motors for high speed fine grinding
applications such as the extrusion of pet food and aqua feed.
The raw materials are ground in a hammer mill type MultiMill. The mill is filled by means of a
mill feeder. The speed is regulated according to the load of the mill.
The mill is equipped with a separator with a permanent magnet, which removes magnetic
metallic impurities as well as other heavy impurities before the raw material is sucked into
the milling chamber.
The mill is designed for fine milling of aquatic feeds.

Dust Collector

The filter is used for separation of dry dust in connection with industrial processes.
The filter is a fully automatic, continuous working, pulse bag filter. The filter is modular built
up with filter bags in different length. The filter bags are cleaned in rows by means of a powerful
compressed air jet, activated by means of an electronic controller with individual set points for
pause – and pulse time. The filter is for mounting on hoppers, silos, grinding hoppers etc.
It’s a free standing equipment. Depending on erection – and transport conditions the filter will be
delivered in sections or fully assembled from our works. On site clean and dry compressed air at
a pressure of 6-7 bar has to be connected, as well as the control box/solenoid valves has
to be electrical connected
